- This is related to the restriction of using more than four computers to use the "watch now" feature. Having several computers is the norm of today. Lets see, Windows Home Server. I personally have eight computers in my home and think this restriction is crazy.

- I called their “watch now” support line also. I waited for 30 minutes to talk to a gentlman that was rude and ended up hanging up on me. I only wanted him to explain to me how I am paying for a premium service that is restricted.
